Basically, Japanese style Kaiseki dinner will be served one by one in order
from “箸附 Hashizuke” according to the customer's meal pace.
Rice and miso soup are prepared as "食事 meal" before dessert.
It will take about 2 hours to finish serving the dessert, depending on your pace.

This menu is an example of "one day". Menu will be changed every month.
Also, it depends on the season and purchasing situation.
